Rights to submitted artwork

You must own the rights to submitted artwork or have permission or another lawful basis to request the work. This includes logos, photographs, illustrations, trademarks and other protected material.

Customer responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your instructions and intended use do not infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy or other rights. GraphicsCrafter does not determine ownership merely because a file has been submitted.

Refusal of work

We may decline or pause a request where ownership or authorization is unclear or where the requested use appears unlawful or infringing.

Deliverables and ownership

Ownership, licensing, permitted uses and any transfer of rights in the completed deliverables should be confirmed in the project quote or written agreement. Rights in third-party material remain subject to their respective owners' terms.

Reporting a concern

If you believe material handled through our services infringes your rights, email info@graphicscrafters.com with details sufficient for us to review the concern.
