Using our services
GraphicsCrafter provides custom graphic services, including raster-to-vector conversion, vector tracing, logo redraw and related artwork preparation. By submitting a request, you agree to communicate accurate project requirements and provide the information reasonably needed to complete the work.
Quotes and orders
A quote is an estimate based on the information supplied. Work begins when the scope, price, deliverables and any applicable payment arrangements have been agreed. Additional work or changes outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for checking that your instructions, contact details and supplied files are accurate and that you have permission to use and modify the submitted artwork.
Delivery and revisions
Delivery format, estimated timing and included revisions should be agreed for each project. Please review delivered files promptly and contact us if something does not match the agreed scope.
Acceptable use
You must not use our services to create or reproduce material that infringes another party's rights or is unlawful.
Liability and applicable law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Any applicable law and dispute process will be determined in accordance with the laws that govern the transaction.
