Custom digital services
Our services are generally customized to each customer's requirements. Before work begins, please review the quote, project scope, deliverables, price and expected timing.
Cancellation before work begins
If you request cancellation before work has started, contact us as soon as possible. Any refund will depend on the payment arrangement, any applicable processing costs disclosed before payment, and applicable law.
After work has started
If work has started, the amount refundable, if any, will depend on the work already completed, costs incurred, the agreed terms and applicable law. We will review the circumstances individually.
Problems with delivered work
If delivered files do not match the agreed scope, contact us with your order or quote reference and a description of the issue. We will review it and, where appropriate, offer a correction or other reasonable resolution.
Non-refundable circumstances
A refund is not automatically guaranteed simply because a customer changes their mind after customized work has been completed or delivered. This does not limit any refund or other rights that applicable law requires us to provide.
