Prices and currency
The applicable price, currency and project scope will be shown in the quote or payment instructions provided for your order. Please confirm these details before paying.
Accepted payment methods
Payment methods available for a particular order will be communicated during the order or checkout process. Do not assume a method is available unless it is shown or confirmed to you.
Payment confirmation
Work may be scheduled to begin after the required payment or deposit has been confirmed, as specified in the agreed quote. Keep your payment confirmation and project reference for your records.
Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment fails, appears duplicated or is not reflected in your order, contact us before submitting repeated payments where possible. Provide the transaction reference, but never email your full card number, security code or banking password.
Refunds
Approved refunds are handled according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the payment provider's processing procedures. The time for funds to appear may depend on the provider or issuing bank.
Card security
If card payment is offered, payment details should be entered through the payment provider's designated checkout. We do not ask you to send full card details or card security codes by email or chat.
